Field

Description

Report Name

The name of the report.

Groups In-House by Booking Name

Enabling this will group the in-house summary details by booking name.

Include Shoulder Dates

  • When enabled, the revenue from group bookings on the shoulder dates will be included in the total group revenue.

  • When disabled, the revenue from group bookings on the shoulder dates will not be included in the total group revenue.

By default, the flag will be enabled.

File Name

The file name of the file card associated with the guest’s company.

Booking Name

The name of the booking made by a group.

Booking Dates

The booking dates associated with the reservation.

File#

Unique number of the file card associated with the guest’s company.

Booking#

The identification number of the booking event or meeting at the property.

Status

The status of the group reservation.

Occupied

Number of rooms occupied.

Revenue

The amount of revenue generated.

Avg. Rate

The average rate charged for the group room.

Guests

Number of guests.

In-House Grand Totals

The totals of occupied, revenue, Avg. rate and guests are displayed under the respective grand totals columns.
